The DEI Responds to HMRC’s Request for Input on the Taxation of DeFi Transactions

We, the undersigned co-Directors and Advisory Council members of the Digital Economy

Initiative, hereby respond to the above-referenced HMRC consultation in relation to DeFi

involving the lending and staking of cryptoassets (the “Consultation”).
